1. Make a deletion request

2. What to include
Include enough information for us to locate and verify the relevant connection:
- your name and business name;
- the Meta business or advertising account associated with the request, if known; and
- a brief description of the information you want deleted.
Do not email passwords, access tokens or other login credentials.
3. What happens next
We will acknowledge the request, verify that the requester is authorised to act for the relevant account, and delete information under Harefit’s control within 30 days of verification.
We may retain limited information where required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, accounting or the establishment and defence of legal claims. When information is retained for one of these reasons, it will not be used for unrelated purposes.
4. Remove the Meta connection
You may also remove or revoke the application through the applicable Meta account or business settings. Revoking access prevents future API access but may not automatically delete records already held by Harefit, so submit the request above if you also want stored records removed.
