1. Scope and who we are
This policy applies to the Harefit website and to Harefit Reporting CLI, an internal business application used by authorised Harefit personnel to manage and measure advertising through the Meta Marketing API.
“Harefit”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Harefit LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
2. Information we process
Website information
This website does not use a contact form and we do not intentionally place advertising or analytics cookies. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include in that email.
Our hosting and security provider may process ordinary technical request data, such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, time of request and security signals, to deliver and protect the website.
Harefit Reporting CLI information
When an authorised Meta account is connected, the application may process information made available through the Meta Marketing API, including:
- Meta business, advertising account, Page and dataset identifiers;
- campaign, ad set, advertisement and creative information;
- advertising delivery, spend and performance information;
- authorisation metadata and access credentials required to operate the connection; and
- technical logs needed for security and troubleshooting.
The application is not designed to collect private messages, friend lists or personal profile content unrelated to authorised advertising management.
3. How we use information
We process information to:
- authenticate authorised users and connected business assets;
- create, manage and measure advertising campaigns;
- produce internal and client-authorised reports;
- maintain security, diagnose errors and prevent unauthorised access;
- respond to enquiries and privacy requests; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
Where applicable, we rely on performance of our services, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the business, consent, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Sharing and sale
We do not sell information obtained through Meta. We do not use it for unrelated consumer profiling.
Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary with:
- Meta, in connection with the Marketing API and connected advertising assets;
- Cloudflare and other providers that host, secure or support our systems;
- the client or business that authorised Harefit to manage the relevant assets;
- professional advisers subject to confidentiality duties; or
- authorities or other parties where disclosure is required by law or needed to protect rights and security.
5. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for campaign management, reporting, security, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Access credentials are retained only while the relevant connection remains authorised or until they are revoked or replaced.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including restricted access and protected credential storage. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. International processing
Harefit and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate measures intended to protect information transferred across borders.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy of information associated with you. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
You can also remove an app connection through your Meta account or business settings. Meta’s own handling of information is governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy.
8. Children
The website and Harefit Reporting CLI are business services and are not directed to children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date.
